Accredited Speaker
The Accredited Speaker Program is designed for professional speakers who combine expert knowledge in a particular subject with mastery of the spoken word, making them sought-after experts in their respective fields. Since the program’s inception in 1981, only 93 members have earned the credential in 146 countries.
Superior Speakers Advanced, is an online club, based in District 47 Toastmasters (Southeast Florida and The Islands of the Bahamas), dedicated to raising the bar using in-depth feedback, preparing members of Toastmasters International for the next level in their journey to becoming a recognized and paid speaker, including the professional designation.

Sheryl Roush, DTM, is facilitating the session. In 1993 Sheryl was the 6th woman globally, and 28th overall, to be honored by Toastmasters with the elite Accredited Speaker designation for “outstanding platform professional speaking” which at that time was judged at two levels and in six styles of speaking. Sheryl is yet the youngest woman to earn the credential. Sheryl is also a 17-time published author, including Heart of a Toastmaster, which received BEST ANTHOLOGY from the International Book Awards, publishing true short stories by 135 members globally.
